Nu Drain Installation in Arkansas

Nu Drain, Nu Flow's leading structural lining technology, enhances the structural strength of the host pipe and acts as a stand-alone pipe within a pipe.

Nu Drain can be installed in pipeline with diameters from 2 inches to 8 inches and larger. Nu Drain is most effective when using the "pull-in-place" (PIP) method.

Small Diameter Pipe Lining

Nu Flow's Small Diameter Reline System can reline complete inside-infrastructure systems. By using Nu Flow's tools, technicians can reinstate lined laterals. Branch lines can then be lined to the stack quickly and easily.

Nu Flow's small diameter pipe lining gives you the benefit of being able to line complete systems right from the 3" (~76mm) or 4" (~101mm) stack down to the 2" (~50mm) branch lines.

Lateral Lining

Nu Flow's Lateral Lining System is used to remotely repair full sections of damaged pipe or even sections anywhere in the lateral.

Nu Flow's lateral lining products allow technicians to remotely fix damaged pipe anywhere in the line. Our products are user friendly and easy to install. All of our products can be installed via the clean out.

The PIP (Pull-in-Place) Advantage

PIP application starts with a felt liner soaked in epoxy and pulled into place through the system. When the felt liner is in place, a rubber bladder is expanded internally using air pressure to help the epoxy adhere to the interior of the pipe.

A pull-in-place application can be used through 45-degree and 90-degree angles whereas inversion applications cannot. Pull-in-place application also allows you to line certain pipe sections as opposed to the entire length.

With PIP, we have control over both ends of the liner which creates a smooth glassy finish.

PIP vs. Inversion Method

The other most common method of CIPP lining is Inversion, which is a less innovative, more traditional technique, where the liner rolls out from the point of entry as it is filled with water, air or steam. Once cured-in-place, the end and connection points are trimmed to allow for flow.

Millions of linear feet of drain and lines have been saved using the pull-in-place process. Whenever possible, we work to eliminate waste and unnecessary use or destruction of resources.

WHAT IS NU DRAIN?

Nu Drain is an innovative structural lining technology that allows a felt liner soaked in epoxy to expand internally within your old pipe, making your piping work better than ever and actually enhancing the structural integrity of your old piping.

HOW DOES NU DRAIN WORK?

Blocked, root-intruded and corroded pipes are cleaned.

The pipe is cleaned with a scorpion cutting tool.

A CIPP Liner is pulled into place, and the bladder is installed.

After curing, the bladder is removed, leaving a structural "pipe within a pipe."
